GCS low-voltage withdrawable electrical switchgear has a wide range of applications, mainly including the following aspects:
1) Industrial sector: such as manufacturing factories, used to provide stable and reliable power distribution and control for various production equipment and automated production lines.
2) Power system: Achieve the distribution, monitoring, and protection of low-voltage electrical energy in substations, distribution stations, and other places.
3) Commercial buildings: such as office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, etc., provide power and control for electrical equipment such as lighting, air conditioning, elevators, etc.
4) Data center: Ensure the power supply and management of key facilities such as servers and network equipment.
5) Petrochemical industry: used for power distribution and control in chemical plants, refineries, and other places, meeting special requirements such as explosion prevention.
6) Sewage treatment plant: provides power support and control for various treatment equipment, pump stations, etc.
7) Rail transit: Ensure the normal operation of electrical systems at subway stations, railway lines, etc.
1) Improve the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connectors, cable logs and spacers.
2) The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit will not affect the work of other units so as to minimize the failure.
3) The horizontal arrangement of the bus bar makes the device have good dynamic and thermal stability, and can withstand the impact of 80/1 76kA short-circuit current.
4) The number of circuits in a single MCC switchgear is as many as 22, which fully considers the needs of large single-unit power generation, petrochemical systems and other industries for automated motor groups.
5) The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cables can be entered and exited up and down. The current transformer is installed in the cable compartment to facilitate installation and maintenance.
6) The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current through the matching of current-limiting reactors, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the short-circuit strength requirements of the components.
7) The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements of the number of computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.

The following is the installation guide for GCS withdrawable switchgear:
1) Preparation before installation
-Confirm that the installation site meets the environmental requirements of the switchgear, such as temperature, humidity, dust prevention, shock resistance, etc.
-Check the integrity of the switchgear and its accessories to ensure that there are no damaged or missing parts.
-Prepare the necessary installation tools and equipment, such as cranes, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
2) Basic installation
-Produce the foundation of the switchgear according to the design requirements, ensuring that the foundation is level and firm.
-Place the switchgear on the foundation, adjust the levelness and verticality, and fix it with bolts.
3) Connection of incoming and outgoing lines
-According to the electrical schematic, connect the incoming and outgoing cables to the corresponding terminals of the switchgear, ensuring a secure connection and good contact.
-When wiring, attention should be paid to the bending radius of the cable to avoid damaging the insulation of the cable.
4) Installation of drawer unit
-Insert the drawer unit into the guide rail of the switchgear to ensure smooth insertion and removal of the drawer.
-According to the design requirements, install electrical components in the drawer unit and wire them.
5) Grounding connection
-Ground the outer shell of the switchgear to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the requirements, in order to ensure personal safety and the normal operation of the equipment.
6) Secondary wiring
-Connect the control circuit, signal circuit, etc. according to the secondary schematic diagram.
-Check the correctness and reliability of the secondary wiring.
7) Debugging and Testing
-After installation, perform pre power on inspections, including wiring checks, insulation resistance tests, etc.
-Perform power on debugging and test various functions of the switchgear, such as opening and closing operations, protective actions, etc.
8) Acceptance
-After passing the debugging and testing, organize relevant personnel to conduct acceptance and confirm that the switchgear meets the design requirements and relevant standards.
During the installation process, relevant electrical safety regulations and operating procedures should be strictly followed to ensure installation quality and personnel safety. If you are unsure about certain steps during the installation process, it is recommended to consult a professional electrical engineer or technician.
